Erin Shuba
Founder I began my career in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. During my time in the Navy, I was stationed onboard USS LAKE ERIE out of Pearl Harbor, HI and USS GERALD R FORD out of Norfolk, VA. My time in the service taught me fundamentals about leadership, ownership, and service. Most recently, I worked at McKinsey and Company where I advised some of the world's leading companies in operations, digitalization, and pricing. I served a variety of industries including Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Utilities, and Oil and Gas. I earned my MBA from Harvard Business School in 2020 and a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 2012. I'm a native of Cincinnati, OH and life long Bengals fan. |

Lotte is my mutt pup and unofficial mascot for Exeter Road. When not searching for the perfect company, we enjoy hiking, trail running, and going to the lakes. Occasionally, Lotte is known to make a background appearance on calls.
