• Operating income >$2M annually
• High degree of recurring revenue​
• Diverse customer base
• History of profitability and cash flow

I am keen to speak with owners who:

• Seek to retire or exit without a clear successor
• Look to reduce their day-to-day involvement in the company
• Desire to ensure continuity and continued success of the business
